Card issue

(cust hands over a bra for EM to scan)
Cust: how much is it?
EM: (looks at tag) it's £28
Cust: ok
(EM scans the bra, transaction gets to the payment part. The cust puts her card in. The chip and pin machine says 'pin blocked, contact card issuer')
Cust: it's saying pin blocked. I've never had a problem with this card before. It must be your system...


Not that you have entered your pin wrong three times then?
