EM: it's going to be about 5-10 minutes
(huge pause)
BT: ok, the customer is going to come down and book an appointment for next Saturday
EM: ok
(EM gets the appointment book as cust comes down the stairs)
EM: hi, did you want to book a fitting for next week?
Cust: well, they have just told me there's one in 5-10 mins... I don't know what to do...
EM: well, I can book you in next week or there is a fitter free in 5-10 minutes...
Cust: urmmmmmmmmm...eerrrrrrrrr... I'll take the one in 5-10 minutes...
EM: ok, I'll go and let her know your here then
