JT: ok
Cust: (nods at JT for some time)
JT: ok, I'll go and get the white one while you get changed
(later, cust is now by the desk)
JT: here's the white one for you...
Cust: yeah, I'll take that and the purple one
JT: (looks at custs hands, there's no purple bra) do you have the purple one?
Cust: no
JT: did you leave it in the fitting room?
