EM: sorry? The bra?
Cust: the thong?
EM: that's a brief (points to listed pant options, which clearly states shorts or brief and it says brief in the picture)
Cust: oh... The brief then...
EM: what size?
Cust: what sizes do you have?
EM: (points to options again) well, if we have them all then anything from a 8 to a 18
Cust: oh... An 8, I've never bought underwear from you before...
(EM gets the bras and drops them off to the cust, the briefs are not in store but they are available to mail order. Meanwhile the cust comes out)
Cust: I've just checked my bra and it's a 28f...
(EM gets the other bras, the cust has gotten two thongs from the shop floor and comes out when she's done)
