Cust: yes, lovely, I bought these and they didn't fit... The person I bought them for. I thought I did alright but... I got brownie points but not the right ones...
(EM pulls them out of the tissue and he had bought the Taylor bra and a nude Deco)
Cust: they're two different sizes but I was told they are the same bra
EM: they are based on the same shape...
Cust: ahh... I see....
(EM processes return, refunds the cust who then says goodbye and leaves. The two bra sizes he had bought were a 34d and a 38g)
