(EM is processing a mail order exchange for a cust)

EM: (looking at custs order history, there are four items) so, is it just the dress your bringing back?
Cust: I didn't actually get it from you...
EM: that's fine, I was just checking if it's just the one item coming back into store as there are a few items on your order history...
Cust: yes. I'm not returning it as I want to do an exchange...
EM: yep, and MR told you how long it would be?
Cust: (just waves a piece of paper at me that I wrote down the delivery times on while she was getting changed)
EM: (orders her dress, and puts the shoes through) ok, so the dress will be with you in 7-10 working days...
Cust: (interrupting and looking down) shame it won't be here for Christmas... But I'll take the shoes now...
(EM starts wrapping the shoes up)
Cust: I'll just take the shoes in my bag...
EM: are you sure?
Cust: yes, they won't scuff and I'm in a bit of a rush...
EM: ok, well it will be £59 please...
(cust pays and is about to leave)
Cust: so I can get it fitted here?
EM: it gets sent straight to your home address...
Cust: and then I can bring it in to get it fitted?
EM: if you need to...(MR just spent ages with her telling her what size she needed)
