(cust comes in looking for a bra to go under a dress, she needs a strapless that flattens her down)

Cust: I've got four layers on
EM: you need them out there!
Cust: I haven't got a bra on, is that ok?
EM: I'll get one in your size and we can take it from there...
Cust: I'm a 36ff...
(EM gets a strapless, it fits, does what she needs it to. It's perfect...)
Cust: I don't like these bulgy bits (on her back just behind her arms, the dress is cutting in causing it because it's too small over her boobs)
EM: ok
Cust: do you think it's my dress doing that because its too small?
EM: it might be because they don't really make dresses for women with boobs...
Cust: I really want to wear this... Do you have any that are not padded?
EM: we don't, the moulding makes sure the cups don't sag, we do have a basque that is not moulded but you can't take the straps off...
Cust: can I try it?
EM: sure!
(EM gets it)
Cust: oh... That's not going to be any good...
EM: have you got anything to go over your shoulders to cover the straps?
Cust: no, and it's going to be such a hard colour to match up... Let's give it a go anyway
(cust tries it on, it pokes out of the top and out of the back)
Cust: it's a bit big in the cup but I like it, it's ever do comfy...
EM: it is poking out the back so for what you need it for its not quite right, the strapless was by far the best...
Cust: I don't like it... Do you have any bodies?
EM: we might have one...
Cust: if this is in a different size I would have it... (the basque)
EM: do you want me to look for the body first?
Cust: yes...
(EM goes off, finds one in her size)
Cust: I've ripped the strap on my dress now...
EM: oh no! (fakes shock... The dress looks like a nighty and is the most ridiculous fit ever... It's not a shame...)
Cust: (looks at the body) I can't wear that, I'm long in the body. I've never found one that's comfortable...
EM: well we could give this a try and just see...
Cust: no, I don't want to...
EM: ok, I'll go and look for the basque in a different size...
Cust: ok
(EM finds the basque cust tries it on)
Cust: oh... I don't like how the cup fits, is it supposed to do that?
EM: yes...
Cust: let's try the dress on... I've got to be careful now I've buggered it... No. Im bulging... Is this a 36?
EM: no this one is a 34 as the other was too big
Cust: last time I was fitted I was told I was a 36f
EM: they don't all fit the same, even in the same brand, some will be tighter some looser...
Cust: oh... I think I'm going to leave it...
EM: that's fine...
