(EA radios down about a fitting, EM is in the stockroom when she answers so has no idea what this Cust looks like)

EA: when is the next fitting?
EM: I have a fitter free now
EA: ok, the lady is on the way down

(EM goes out and there is a lady already there)

EM: hi, how can I help?
Cust: I want a ports bra (holds up the Royce Impact Free) and err... two other... normal bras
EM: ok
Cust: I get on well with Freya so maybe some of those if you have them?
EM: so... Did you just want to try on?
Cust: yes
EM: you wern't the lady who asked for a fitting?
Cust: yes
EM: ahhh, ok, let me just book you in
Cust: oh. I thought you heard?

(EM takes her name and jots down what she is looking for)

EM: ok, I'll just go and get your fitter
Cust: are you not the fitter? That's why I told you all of that...
EM: no I'm not, I'm just booking people in today, I'll go and get her though
Cust: I'll try this on

(Cust follows EM through but goes into a fitting room. JH goes out into the waiting area as EM goes into the stockroom)

EM: where is JH?
MO: shes just gone out
EM: ohhhh!

(JH goes to find Cust)

JH: Hello? Do you need any help?
Cust: I'm waiting for a fitting
JH: I'm your fitter, let me sign in and then you can let me know what your after
Cust: I had all this with the other girl...
