(EM gets book and takes cust off hold)
EM: what sort of time were you looking for
Cust: later on today

Cust: this afternoon

Cust: I'm in Huntingdon so I don't think I'll be able to get to you until after three...
EM: right, in that case I have 3:20, 3:40 or 4:00 available
Cust: I'll take 4:00
EM: ok, can I take your first name?
Cust: my first name?
EM: yes...
Cust: ok it's... (she spells it out)
EM: right, that's booked for you..


(cust has slip of paper)
Cust: I've been told to come down here and give this to someone... Is that you?
EM: yes, I'll go and get those for you (EM starts to walk off)
Cust: I don't know if it's the black or the white one written down but what other colourways does it come in?
EM: (shows her the paper again) the black and white are written down and there the two colours it comes in
Cust: well I want the white but what other colours are there?
EM: it's just the black and the white at the moment...
Cust: oh... I'll just have the white...
